1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using VINU, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Age

VINU is intended for persons aged 18 and over. By signing up you confirm that you are at least 18.

3. Service description

VINU is a collector’s digital cellar and tasting journal: tracking wines and bottles, storage, purchases, scores and notes. VINU does not sell alcohol.

4. Account responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person.
• If you sign in with a CLCTD account, its password also works in VINU.

5. Your data

• Your records, notes and photos remain yours.
• You grant VINU a limited licence to store and display them within the service for your account.
• You confirm you hold the rights to the photos you upload.

6. Prohibited use

• Illegal content — instant ban and report to the authorities.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or attempts to break the service.
• Reselling VINU access or selling invitations.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or outages may occur.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

VINU is provided “as is”. We are not liable for data loss caused by your actions, force majeure or third-party services. Keep your own backups of important data.

10. Payment

Payment, free access and refund terms are set out in the Public Offer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and in the app.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
