1. What data we collect
- Account data: email, password (hashed only), name, phone (optional).
- Cellar data: wines, bottles, purchases, storage, scores, notes and photos you add.
- When signing in with a CLCTD account: the CLCTD user ID, name and CLCTD plan.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, language, session cookies.
2. How we use it
- To run the service: store and display your cellar.
- To authenticate you: sign-in, email confirmation, password recovery.
- To determine free access: by invitation or a CLCTD PRO/PATRON plan.
- To send service emails.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. VINU cellar data is not transferred to CLCTD.
3. Where data is stored
In Yandex Cloud (Russia): a virtual machine, a managed database and S3-compatible storage. Backups are encrypted.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies only (session, form protection, language). See the Cookie Policy.
5. Your rights
- Access — request a copy of your data.
- Delete — request full deletion of your account and data.
- Correct — edit your profile at any time.
